Tena advises in various areas of corporate and commercial as well as banking and real estate law. She provides legal support to clients on their daily business matters and participates in negotiating and preparation of various commercial agreements and corporate documents.
She is involved in the preparation of due diligence reports and is experienced in working on transactions which include various jurisdictions through number of business sectors, with particular emphasis on cross border bank transactions.
Her practice areas also include advice with respect to matters of employment law and intellectual property.
