In her work, Marija practices corporate, commercial law, labor and energy law.
Her daily work includes participation in due diligence procedures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), other corporate changes, including incorporation of legal entities.
Marija also regularly advises clients on various regulatory issues, legal compliance assessments and intellectual property matters. During her studies she gained additional experience at the University of Rotterdam and at London School of Economics – University of Cape Town Summer School.
